By purchasing from this online shop, you (the “Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL:

All products listed in our shop are for personal use only and all creators involved have no affiliation with BigHit, HYBE, or any members of BTS.
Golden Haven: A Charity Zine Collection (“Golden Haven”) reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders if Buyer does not follow the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.
All purchases, digital or physical, are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, publish, print, display, modify, or transmit any portion of this project. Please respect our creators who have put their time, love, and care into creating this project.

All products listed in this shop are PRE-ORDER items. They will not be delivered until all zines and merchandise have been produced.
This project consists of three volumes, the estimated dates for delivery for each volume are as follows:

Volume 1: Stories of Hope for Palestine will be delivered on June 13, 2025.
Volume 2: Stories of Healing for Sudan will be delivered on September 1, 2025.
Volume 3: Stories of the Heart for Congo will be delivered on December 21, 2025.

All delays will be announced via Twitter (@goldenhavenzine) and Bluesky (goldenhavenzine.bsky.social).
All Digital Items and Orders will be sent out using the email, [email protected].
Buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order.

Prior to delivery of the zine, Golden Haven may offer a refund of your order.
Once the zine has been sent digitally via email, Golden Haven will be unable to offer any refunds.
